Because our products are made to order especially for you, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color, or change of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at quotenovazen@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue so we can review it and work to make things right.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. If a return is necessary, we will provide instructions.

Wrong Size or Change of Mind

Since each item is produced specifically after an order is placed, we generally cannot offer refunds or exchanges when the wrong size or color was ordered or if you simply change your mind. Please review product details and sizing information carefully before ordering.
